"Meet me at the Barre"

Unique 2.5-hour intensive dance workshop for total beginners. This is an adult dance workshop for students willing to approach the art form of Ballet for the first time. "Meet Me at the Barre" will allow beginners to learn the basic foundations of Ballet and execute all the ballet barre exercises correctly. The workshop is focused on technic only. You will learn ballet terminology, how to conduct each movement correctly, and combinations of Ballet exercises. You will complete the course on how to attend and what to expect from a ballet class.
Course Structure;
.   Warm Up
.   Introducing to students Progressive Ballet exercises to fully warm up the body and integrate innovative exercises to strengthen muscles and feet articulation.
.   Ballet Barre: Plié, Battement Tendu, Battement jeté, Rond de jambe á terre, Battement Fondu, Battement Frappé, Rond de jamabe a laire, Adage, Grand Battement.

"Lyrical Jazz Dance Workshop "

Unique 2.5 hours intensive dance workshop for Beginners. This is a dance workshop for students willing to approach the art form of Lycial Jazz. It will allow beginners to learn the basic foundations of Lyrical Jazz and execute all the exercises correctly. The workshop is focused on technic only. You will learn terminology, how to conduct each movement correctly, and combinations of Jazz exercises and complete the course with full confidence on how to attend and what to expect from a Jazz dance class.

"Ballet Pas de Deux Workshop "

Sunday 11 June, 4:30 pm - 7:00 pm
Fee: £25
Teacher: Angelo Ruggieri
Unique 2.5 hours intensive dance workshop in Ballet Pas de deus Technique. This is an adult dance workshop for students willing to approach the art form of Ballet. "Pas de Deus" will allow students to learn the basic foundations of partner work and correctly execute all the technical aspects. The workshop is focused on technic only. You will learn ballet terminology, how to conduct each movement correctly, and combinations of Ballet exercises and complete the course with full confidence on how to do partner work.
Course Structure;
.   Warm Up

.   Ballet Barre
.  Centre Dance
.  Partner work: balance exercises, analysing body alignments, holding technique, and harms technique, Gra
nd Adagio, Turns exercises, Tours and pirouettes, Pas de deux choreography from the classical repertoire.
